Find Your Size
Five sizes, from a 40mm knob to a 224mm bar handle. Measure, compare and choose the right fit for your joinery.
How to choose
Start with your fixing holes, then think about proportion.
Replacing existing handles? Measure between the centres of the two fixing holes. That is your centre spacing, and it is the number in each Ensemble size name.
Fitting out new joinery? Choose a size in proportion to the door or drawer. A handle around a third of the drawer width is a good starting point. Smaller sizes read as a refined detail, and longer sizes give more presence across wide drawers and tall doors.
Mixing sizes. Ensemble is designed to be mixed. Use one size across your drawers and a larger size on doors, or step through two sizes in different parts of the room. Keeping the material and button detail consistent holds it all together.
Every size is available in timber and metal. Marble is available up to 192mm centres.

Projection is measured from the cabinet face: 29mm for metal and timber, 31mm for marble.
Installation
Fitting your handles
All Sloan Roberts handles are rear-fixed and supplied with M4 × 22mm and M4 × 45mm break-off cabinet handle screws to suit most cabinet doors and drawer fronts. Additional options are available on request.
Check the screw length suits the thickness of your cabinetry before you start. The screw should engage firmly with the handle without bottoming out. If you are unsure, ask your cabinetmaker or joiner before ordering.
- Measure and mark the fixing points on your cabinet door or drawer front. Check every measurement and the alignment before you drill.
- Pre-drill the fixing holes with a 4mm drill bit. Drill from the finished face where you can, and protect the surrounding surface to avoid chipping.
- Push the supplied M4 screws through from the back of the door or drawer front.
- Hold the handle firmly in place on the front and line it up with the screws.
- Tighten each screw by hand with a Phillips-head screwdriver until the handle is secure and sits flat against the cabinet.
Do not use power tools to tighten the screws. They can apply too much torque and damage the handle, the thread or the cabinet surface.
Do not overtighten. The handle should be firm and secure. Too much pressure can damage the handle, the door or drawer front, or the surrounding finish.
