Find your size

The Ensemble Collection is available in five sizes. Use this guide to find the right fit for your cabinetry, furniture, and interior spaces.

Sizing Guide

How to measure

If replacing existing hardware, measure the distance between the centres of your two fixing holes — this is your centre spacing. Match it to the handle size you select. If specifying for new cabinetry, choose a size proportional to the drawer or door width using the guide above.

Mixing sizes

The Ensemble Collection is designed to be mixed. A considered approach is to use one size consistently across drawers and a larger size on doors — or to step through two sizes across different zones of the same space. The modular system accommodates this without losing coherence, particularly when the material and button detail are kept consistent.

Installation Advice

All Sloan Roberts handles are rear-fixed and supplied with both 25mm and 40mm M4 screws to suit a range of standard cabinet doors and drawer fronts.

Before installation, confirm that the selected screw length is appropriate for the thickness and construction of your cabinetry. The screw should engage securely with the handle without extending too far or bottoming out inside the fixing point. Consult your cabinetmaker or joiner before ordering or installation if you are unsure about your cabinetry specifications, fixing requirements or suitability.

Installation

  1. Carefully measure and mark the fixing points on your cabinet door or drawer front. Check all measurements and alignment before drilling.
  2. Pre-drill the fixing holes using a 4mm drill bit. Drill from the finished face where appropriate and protect the surrounding surface to reduce the risk of chipping or damage.
  3. Insert the supplied M4 screws through the rear of the cabinet door or drawer front.
  4. Hold the handle firmly in position on the front of the cabinetry and align it with the screws.
  5. Using a handheld Phillips-head screwdriver, gently tighten each screw until the handle is secure and sits evenly against the cabinetry.

Do not use power tools to tighten the screws. Power tools may apply excessive torque and damage the handle, fixing thread or cabinetry surface.

Do not overtighten. The handle should be firm and secure, but excessive pressure may damage the handle, cabinet door, drawer front or surrounding finish.

For installation into stone, glass, metal, unusually thick panels or other specialist materials, consult a qualified cabinetmaker, joiner or installer before proceeding.
