Shipping & Returns

All Sloan Roberts products are made to order and hand assembled in Melbourne. Please allow 7–10 working days for production, in addition to shipping time based on your location.

We ship via Australia Post, with shipping rates calculated at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided so you can follow its progress.

As each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Replacements may be offered at our discretion — please contact us prior to returning any items so we can assist.

Our products utilise natural materials, and variations in colour, grain, and veining are inherent characteristics and not considered faults. Where possible, we carefully select components within each order to ensure a cohesive and complementary set.

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will provide a suitable remedy.
