Shipping & Returns

We ship with Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send tracking details so you can follow its progress.

We ship worldwide. International orders are exempt from Australian GST, and prices at checkout reflect this for your region.

International transit times vary by destination, typically 1–3 weeks after dispatch, in addition to the production lead time above.

All US orders ship with US import duties prepaid by Sloan Roberts. There is nothing further to pay on delivery.

Orders may be subject to local import taxes, duties and carrier handling fees on arrival, payable by the recipient. These are set by your local customs authority and vary by country.

If you’re buying as a VAT-registered business, import VAT is generally recoverable through your usual VAT return. Not sure what applies in your country? Contact us before ordering and we’ll help you estimate any charges.

As every Ensemble handle and hook is made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind on these items. Replacements may be offered at our discretion. Please contact us before returning anything so we can help.

Our products use natural materials, and variations in colour, grain and veining are inherent characteristics, not faults. Where possible, we select the pieces in each order so they sit well together as a set.

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, if your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we will provide a suitable remedy.
