Ensemble Handles are made to order — please allow a 3–4 week lead time, in addition to shipping time based on your location.

Love Handle Duo Sets are pre-assembled and held in stock, and typically ship within 1–2 weeks.

We ship via Australia Post, with shipping rates calculated at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided so you can follow its progress.

As each Ensemble Handle is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind on these items. Replacements may be offered at our discretion — please contact us prior to returning any items so we can assist.

Our products utilise natural materials, and variations in colour, grain, and veining are inherent characteristics and not considered faults. Where possible, we carefully select components within each order to ensure a cohesive and complementary set.

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will provide a suitable remedy.
