What is covered
Structural defects for 5 years, and defects in finishes, materials and workmanship for 12 months, from the original date of purchase.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper installation
- Misuse or unsuitable application
- Exposure to conditions outside intended interior use
- Natural variation in marble and timber, including changes in colour, grain or patina over time
Natural materials
Our products use natural materials. Variations in colour, veining and grain are part of each material’s character and are not defects. Marble is intentionally left untreated and will develop a patina with use.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If something isn’t right, we want to know. Claims are simple and handled by our team in Melbourne.

- Describe the issue and include photos where you can.
- We assess your claim and, where it is valid, arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
