We stand behind the quality and integrity of our products. Sloan Roberts hardware is covered by a 5-year warranty against structural defects from the date of purchase, and a 12-month warranty covering finishes, materials, and workmanship.

What is covered
Our products are warranted against structural defects (5 years), as well as defects in finishes, materials, and workmanship (12 months). This warranty applies from the original date of purchase.

What is not covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper installation, misuse or unsuitable application, or exposure to environmental conditions outside intended interior use. Natural variation in materials such as marble and timber, including changes in colour, grain, or patina over time, is also not considered a defect.

Natural materials
Our products utilise natural materials. Variations in colour, veining, and grain are inherent characteristics and form part of the material's natural expression. Marble is intentionally left untreated and will develop a patina over time with use.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Making a warranty claim
To make a claim, please contact us with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and images where applicable. We will assess your claim and, where valid, provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
