Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Sloan Roberts products and services.

Business Details

Sloan Roberts is operated by N.R Brown & D Kruse (ABN 29 669 253 038).

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
As our products are made to order, production begins shortly after purchase.

Pricing

Our prices are set in Australian dollars (AUD). If you shop from outside Australia, prices are shown in your local currency where available, converted from AUD, and you pay in that currency at checkout. US prices are shown in US dollars.

Prices may change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. Your bank or card provider may charge its own currency conversion fees.

Taxes, Duties & Tariffs

Prices for Australian orders include GST. International orders are exempt from Australian GST.

For orders to the United States, import duties are prepaid by Sloan Roberts, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery. For all other destinations, import duties, taxes (such as VAT) and carrier fees may apply on arrival and are payable by the recipient. These charges are set by your local customs authority and may change. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Product Variations

Our products utilise natural materials including marble and timber.
Variations in colour, grain, and veining are inherent and not considered defects.

Use of Products

Our hardware is designed for interior residential use only.
Improper installation or use outside intended conditions may void warranty.

Installation

Products should be installed using appropriate methods.
We recommend the use of hand tools, particularly for natural materials.
