Shipping and payments

When will my order ship?

All current handle orders ship in July 2026. We're a made-to-order brand — each piece is individually assembled in Melbourne, with production running to a 7–10 working day timeline per batch, then dispatched. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Why does my order take longer than standard retail products?

Unlike mass-produced hardware, each piece is custom assembled to order. This allows you to select your preferred material, size, and detail combination, resulting in a more considered and refined final product.

Will I receive tracking information for my order?

Yes. Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.

Do you offer express shipping?

Express shipping options may be available at checkout for delivery after dispatch. Please note that current handle orders ship in July 2026, as each piece is made to order on a 7–10 working day production batch.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with secure payment options available at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

As production begins shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your details before dispatch.

Returns and refunds

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

As each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Can I exchange my order?

Replacements may be offered for change of mind, subject to approval. Please contact us prior to returning any items so we can assist with the process.

What is your return policy?

Our products are made to order and assembled to specification. As such, all sales are considered final for change of mind.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, we will provide a suitable remedy.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with your order details and images of the issue. We will assess and resolve the matter promptly.

How do I request an exchange or report an issue?

Please reach out via our Contact Us page with your order number and a description of the issue. Where applicable, we may request images to assist with assessment.

Can I return a sale or discounted item?

Eligibility for returning sale or discounted items may vary. Please check the specific product details or refer to our return policy to see if your purchase qualifies.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed once the item has been assessed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Products

Where are your products made?

All products are hand assembled in Melbourne, bringing together materials and components sourced globally and finished with care locally.

Our marble is sourced from Italy and Turkey, selected for its natural character and variation.

Timber elements are milled, machined, and finished in Melbourne using American Oak, derived from locally sourced manufacturing off-cuts.

Metal components are precision manufactured in China to ensure consistency and durability.

What sizes are available?

Handles are available in a range of standard centre sizes. Ensemble wall hooks (launching November 2026) will be a standard 40mm diameter disc. Please refer to individual product specifications for exact dimensions. If you require an alternate size, please contact us prior to ordering.

Are Ensemble Hooks available to order now?

Ensemble Hooks launch in November 2026. They aren't yet available to add to cart. Subscribe to our newsletter via the footer to be the first to know when pre-orders open.

What detail colours are available?

Our finishes are carefully considered to align with leading hardware, homewares, and tapware brands—supporting a consistent and resolved material palette throughout the home.

Can you custom stain timber to match my existing wood work?

Custom staining may be available to align with your material palette, depending on the timber and finish. Please contact us prior to ordering. Minimum order quantities may apply.

What door thicknesses are your handles suitable for?

Our handles are designed for standard cabinetry thicknesses. Each piece is supplied with 25mm and 40mm fixing screws, suitable for most applications.

For non-standard thicknesses, longer screws may be required. Please contact us prior to ordering.

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Each piece is made to order, allowing for a considered selection of material, size, and detail combinations.

Do natural materials vary in appearance?

Yes. Marble and timber are inherently unique, with natural variation in colour, grain, and veining. These characteristics are not considered faults.

Will my pieces match exactly?

Due to the nature of natural materials, exact matching of grain, marbling and colour cannot be guaranteed. Where possible, components are selected to create the most complementary and cohesive set within each order.

How is the timber finished?

Our timber is stained and sealed using eco-friendly finishes, designed to enhance the natural grain while providing durability for everyday use.

Is the marble sealed or treated?

Our marble is left untreated, allowing it to develop a natural patina over time. This is an intentional part of the material’s character and ageing process.

What is included with each handle?

Each handle is supplied with fixing screws in 25mm and 40mm lengths, suitable for most standard cabinetry applications. Please feel free to contact us should you require alternatives.

Are your products suitable for all applications?

Our hardware is designed for interior use only, including kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, and joinery. Handles are suited to cabinetry and furniture applications. Wall hooks are designed for bathrooms, ensuites, wardrobes, entries and utility spaces.

How do I care for my hardware?

We recommend cleaning with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these may affect the finish or natural materials over time.

Are your products easy to install?

Yes. Handles are designed for standard cabinetry and align with System 32 (standard Australian spacing). A fixing template is provided with each order to assist with installation.

Wall hooks mount with a single central fixing point. A wall anchor and fixing screw are included with each hook.

We recommend installation using hand tools only, particularly for marble and timber components, to avoid damage to natural materials.

Do you provide drilling templates or CTC measurements?

Yes. A fixing template is included with each order to assist with installation.

CTC (centre-to-centre) measurements are listed on product pages. We recommend waiting until your hardware arrives before drilling to ensure accuracy.

Will these work with my existing cabinetry?

Our handles are designed to suit standard hole centres. Please refer to product specifications to ensure compatibility with your existing layout.

Are your handles suitable for steel or heavy doors?

Our hardware is designed for interior cabinetry and joinery applications. For steel or unusually heavy doors, we recommend consulting your installer or selecting hardware designed specifically for that purpose.

Can I change colours in the future?

Yes. Designed as a modular system, components can be reconfigured over time—allowing you to refine finishes or introduce contrast as your space evolves. Please contact us for more information.
