Every order has two steps.

1. Made to order. Ensemble handles and hooks are made to order and dispatched within 1–2 weeks. Love Handle Duo Sets are held in stock and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

2. Delivery after dispatch. Australia 2–6 business days. International Express 3–7 business days. International Standard 7–15 business days. International orders can take longer while they clear customs.

Unlike mass-produced hardware, each piece is custom assembled to order. This allows you to select your preferred material, size, and detail combination, resulting in a more considered and refined final product.

Yes. Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.

For international orders, International Express is available at checkout and usually arrives 3–7 business days after dispatch. Within Australia we ship tracked with Australia Post Parcel Post, usually 2–6 business days after dispatch. Made-to-order Ensemble pieces still need 1–2 weeks before dispatch, and Love Handle Duo Sets 2–3 business days.

Yes — we ship worldwide. International orders are exempt from Australian GST, and prices shown at checkout reflect this for your region.

United States orders: import duties are calculated and paid at checkout, so there's nothing further to pay on arrival. For all other destinations, orders may be subject to local import taxes, duties and carrier handling fees on arrival, payable by the recipient and set by your local customs authority. If you're unsure what applies in your country, please contact us before ordering and we'll help you estimate any charges.

Free shipping: Australia on orders over $300. International orders are shipped at rates calculated in the cart.

Shipping is calculated by parcel weight and shown in your currency in the cart.

All products are designed in Melbourne and assembled in Melbourne, Australia to order, bringing together materials and components sourced globally and finished with care locally.

Our marble is sourced from Italy and Turkey, selected for its natural character and variation.

Timber elements are milled, machined, and finished in Melbourne using American Oak, derived from locally sourced manufacturing off-cuts.

Metal components are precision manufactured in China to ensure consistency and durability.

Ensemble handles come as a 40mm knob or a bar handle in 128mm (5″), 160mm (6¼″), 192mm (7½″) and 224mm (8⅞″) centres. Marble handles are available up to 192mm centres. The centre measurement is the distance between the two fixing holes; overall lengths for each size are listed in our Sizing Guide.

Ensemble wall hooks are a 40mm diameter disc.

Every Ensemble piece is finished with a button detail in one of seven finishes: Brass, Aged Bronze, Brushed Copper, Brushed Steel, Gunmetal, Matte Black and Matte White. Choose a finish to complement your fixtures and fittings, whether you keep it tonal or go for contrast.

Custom staining may be available to align with your material palette, depending on the timber and finish. Please contact us prior to ordering. Minimum order quantities may apply.

Our handles are designed for standard cabinetry thicknesses. Each piece is supplied with M4 × 22mm and M4 × 45mm break-off cabinet handle screws, suitable for most applications.

For non-standard thicknesses, additional screw options are available on request. Please contact us prior to ordering.

Ensemble Handles and hooks are made to order, allowing for a considered selection of material, size and detail, and are dispatched within 1–2 weeks. Love Handle Duo Sets are pre-assembled pairings held in stock, and are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery time is then added: see Shipping & Returns.

Yes. Marble and timber are inherently unique, with natural variation in colour, grain, and veining. These characteristics are not considered faults.

Due to the nature of natural materials, exact matching of grain, marbling and colour cannot be guaranteed. Where possible, components are selected to create the most complementary and cohesive set within each order.

Our timber is stained and sealed using eco-friendly finishes, designed to enhance the natural grain while providing durability for everyday use.

Our marble is left untreated, allowing it to develop a natural patina over time. This is an intentional part of the material’s character and ageing process.

Each handle is supplied with M4 × 22mm and M4 × 45mm break-off cabinet handle screws, suitable for most standard cabinetry applications. Additional options are available on request, so please contact us if you need something different.

Our hardware is designed for interior use only, including kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, and joinery. Handles are suited to cabinetry and furniture applications. Wall hooks are designed for bathrooms, ensuites, wardrobes, entries and utility spaces.

We recommend cleaning with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these may affect the finish or natural materials over time.

We don't ship a physical fixing template with orders. To measure and mark your fixing points accurately, use a standard cabinet handle template available from most hardware suppliers. Centre-to-centre measurements are listed on each product page and in the Sizing Guide.

Our handles are designed to suit standard hole centres. Please refer to product specifications to ensure compatibility with your existing layout.

Our hardware is designed for interior cabinetry and joinery applications. For steel or unusually heavy doors, we recommend consulting your installer or selecting hardware designed specifically for that purpose.

Yes. Ensemble hooks are designed for bathrooms and ensuites, and hold bath towels, hand towels and robes, as well as bags and coats in entries and wardrobes. Each hook holds up to 3kg.

Marble is left untreated and timber is sealed, so wipe off splashes and water promptly.

Yes. The hook uses the same 40mm disc as the Ensemble knob, in the same 12 materials across marble, timber and metal. Its button detail comes in Brass, Aged Bronze, Brushed Copper, Brushed Steel or Gunmetal, so you can match the hooks to the handles in the same room, or to your tapware.

Each hook comes with an 8G × 40mm zinc-plated, self-drilling screw for mounting into timber, such as a stud, noggin or timber panel. Wall plugs are not included. If you are installing into plaster, tile or concrete, additional wall fixings may be required: choose ones that take an 8G screw. For a thin joinery panel, use a shorter screw so it doesn't come through the back.

Yes. Each hook arrives with a small threaded base attached, which fixes to the wall with one screw, so there is only one hole per hook. Unscrew the base, holding the stem rather than the round face. Check the wall for pipes and cables, find a timber stud and mark the spot. Screw the base to the wall (no pilot hole needed), or use a suitable wall anchor if you are not fixing into a stud. Then twist the hook back on, again turning by the stem. Installation instructions are included.

No. The Pack of 3 is already priced below three single hooks, so trade pricing doesn't apply to it. Trade customers receive 25% off single hooks.
