Choosing a colour
Start with what is already in the room.
Blend in. Pick a finish close to your cabinetry, benchtop or tapware, and a matching button detail, for a quiet, tonal look.
Add contrast. Set a warm metal against pale joinery, or a dark marble against timber. A contrasting button detail adds a smaller point of interest.
Link the room. Match the button detail to your tapware, lighting or appliances so the hardware ties into the rest of the space.
