Shipping Policy

At Sloan Roberts, every order is custom made and assembled to your selected material, size and finish combination.

Order Preparation Times

As each piece is made to order, please allow 7–14 days for your order to be prepared prior to dispatch. This timeframe is in addition to shipping time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Within Australia

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and Australia Post service conditions. Please note that estimated delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order is placed.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided by email so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Delays

While we take care to prepare and dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, material availability or circumstances outside our control.

Once a parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery delays are managed by the carrier. We will, however, assist where reasonably possible if you experience an issue with your delivery.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Sloan Roberts is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Should your parcel arrive damaged, or appear to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@sloanroberts.com with your order number and relevant photographs where applicable. We will work with you and Australia Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
